Booking & contact form: First name, last name, email address, phone number, accommodation preference, number of guests, travel dates, and any optional message you provide.

Website analytics: IP address (anonymised), browser type, pages visited, session duration, and referral source — collected automatically via Google Analytics.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BiH, No. 12/25).

Booking management: We process your personal data to handle your reservation and communicate with you. The legal basis is the performance of a contract — processing is necessary to fulfil the obligations arising from your booking (Art. 9 LPDP BiH).

Analytics: We analyse anonymised usage data to improve the user experience on our site. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the data controller (Art. 9 LPDP BiH), provided that processing does not override the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is transferred solely to processors providing technical services necessary for the operation of the site:

Booking data: Retained for up to 2 years after your stay, then permanently deleted.

Analytics data: Retained according to Google Analytics default retention settings (14 months). IP addresses are anonymised immediately.

In accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of BiH, you have the following rights:
